Who We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking self-driven, ambitious real estate agents who are passionate about closing deals and ready to maximize their potential in Dubai’s booming property market.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience
  (off-plan, secondary, commercial, or rental markets preferred)

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

• Ability to work independently – no basic salary, pure commission model

• Active RERA Broker Card is a strong plus

🌐 Preferred Language Fluency:

• English (required)

• German / Russian / Hindi / French / Arabic / Chinese (advantage)

Your Role:

• Generate and manage a client portfolio of buyers, sellers, and renters

• Conduct viewings, property listings, and negotiations
