This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for individuals with a background in financial services or trading, offering the opportunity to recruit and manage broker relationships while promoting Sponsor Trading’s diverse portfolio of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new introducing brokers.

• Maintain and grow strong, long-term client and partner relationships.

• Promote and represent Sponsor Trading’s financial products and services.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the trading and brokerage space.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for partners.

• Monitor performance and provide feedback and solutions to ensure continued success.
