Job Title: High-End Waiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a polished and experienced Waiter to join the team at a newly opened upscale cocktail bar located in one of Dubai’s most prestigious destinations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in fine dining or high-end hospitality who thrives in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As a front-of-house team member, you’ll be responsible for creating a memorable atmosphere for guests—from welcoming and taking orders to upselling signature cocktails and resolving any guest concerns with professionalism and charm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a refined and seamless guest experience, from greeting to order-taking and service.

• Recommend and upsell premium menu items and cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and courteously.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain service flow, cleanliness, and ambiance.

• Assist with shift setup and closing procedures, ensuring smooth operations throughout service hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Open to European nationals.

• Male, aged 38 years or below.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within high-end bars, luxury restaurants, or fine dining establishments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and modern F&B service standards.

• Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
