HFT/Trading DevOps Lead (Dubai)

Fionics, a fast-growing High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm based in Dubai, is hiring an experienced DevOps Lead to spearhead its trading operations and infrastructure systems. With a lean yet impactful team of approximately 30 professionals, the firm contributes to 5–10% of global crypto trading volume, making it a prominent player in the crypto trading industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the overall strategy for HFT operations and infrastructure

  • Develop robust systems focused on latency, performance, reliability, and availability

  • Define and maintain best practices for monitoring and automation

  • Directly collaborate with the Head of Engineering and lead a high-performance DevOps team

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) operations

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

  • Hands-on expertise with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, and related monitoring and automation stacks

  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, globally distributed environments
