Zurich Insurance is seeking a HelpPoint Consultant (UAE Nationals) to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. This full-time, on-site role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a positive experience while acting as the primary point of contact across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and walk-ins.

Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

Maintain a deep understanding of Zurich products, services, and policies.

Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Collaborate with technical support, sales, and operations teams to resolve complex issues.

Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Support business objectives through income-generating activities and reporting (MI) to improve quality and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:

Must be a UAE National with Family Book.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a helpdesk or contact center environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric approach.

Proficiency with customer service software and related tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
