This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified doctors, specialists, and medical consultants to support various medical departments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare recruitment and a deep understanding of UAE healthcare licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit doctors, specialists, and consultants across multiple medical departments

• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate selection processes

• Collaborate with department heads to manage onboarding and integration of new hires

• Ensure all candidates comply with UAE healthcare licensing standards (DOH/HAAD)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly for medical doctors

• Thorough knowledge of UAE medical licensing procedures

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in English is required
