WADI ALSAHAB FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES CO. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to lead on-site operations across UAE healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices. This leadership role focuses on optimizing patient flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The position provides a unique opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth patient flow, appointment management, and service quality.

Ensure compliance with UAE health regulators (DHA, MOHAP, DOH/HAAD) and accreditation standards; prepare for inspections and audits.

Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation while monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements.

Recruit, coach, and evaluate administrative and clinical staff to maintain service excellence.

Administer EMR/EHR workflows and integrate operational processes with clinical systems.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.

3+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience (hospital/clinic management).

Proven experience with EMR/EHR systems, operational KPI tracking, and on-site team management.

Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance management.
Preferred:

Experience in budgeting, P&L oversight, vendor management, and resource planning in UAE healthcare settings.

Certifications in healthcare management, project management, or quality improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).

Prior exposure to accreditation processes.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency and UAE on-site experience are advantageous.
