Mirage is a leader in delivering high-profile construction projects across the UAE. We’re currently looking for a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on one of our landmark developments in Dubai.

Job Description

As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental aspects on-site. You’ll act as a key point of contact for safety compliance, ensure proactive risk management, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on-site

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and international standards

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions

• Report and investigate incidents, identifying root causes and preventive measures

• Liaise with project managers and site supervisors to ensure ongoing safety compliance

• Maintain HSE records and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

Experience

• 10–15 years of full-time HSE experience within the construction industry

• Previous experience on Emaar projects is a significant advantage

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from a UAE-accredited university

Certifications

• NEBOSH Level 6 or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 5, CSP – Certified Safety Professional)

• Additional international HSE certifications are highly preferred

Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor and HSE regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex construction sites
