Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a Health & Dietetic Coordinator to provide expert nutritional guidance across all areas of the business, with a focus on new and emerging commercial sectors. The role ensures compliance with global nutritional standards, dietary analysis, labelling, allergen declarations, and supports menu modification based on customer requirements. The coordinator will also assist in staff training, maintain the company-wide allergen database, and provide accurate dietetic services aligned with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nutritional analysis and dietary information for new and existing products to meet customer requirements

• Ensure compliance with global and industry standards for all nutritional data

• Provide accurate allergen declarations and assist in maintaining the company-wide Allergen Database

• Modify menus for specific medical, religious, or other dietary requirements

• Investigate and resolve deviations from agreed dietary standards to improve service quality

• Assist in delivering Allergen Awareness Training to food production staff

• Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent dietetic service delivery

• Maintain meticulous records and prepare reports as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or a related subject

• Relevant certifications or licensure preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dietetic or food industry environment

• Advanced knowledge of nutritional analysis software

• Understanding of legislation around food labelling, nutrition claims, and food safety (HACCP)

• Experience in catering, menu planning, and special dietary requirements management

• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
