TALENTMATE is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of patients by providing attentive care and assistance with their daily needs under the guidance of healthcare professionals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with essential daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support mobility by helping patients move safely between areas

• Monitor and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans

• Provide emotional comfort by engaging patients in conversation and light activities

• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Assist in the management and restocking of medical supplies and equipment

• Support medical and nursing staff during routine procedures and emergencies

• Administer basic first aid or CPR if needed in urgent situations

• Document and maintain accurate care records and daily activity logs

• Follow all infection control and hygiene protocols

• Assist patients during mealtimes, including food preparation and feeding

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of a certified healthcare assistant training program (preferred)

• Experience in a healthcare or patient care environment is a plus

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare protocols

• Good physical stamina and ability to assist with patient lifting and mobility

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
