Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join their Food & Beverage team. The role involves leading a team, providing top-quality service, and ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The position requires strong leadership skills, operational efficiency, and a commitment to excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with kitchen, stewarding, and outlet cashiers for smooth restaurant operations

• Conduct regular training for team members, ensuring adherence to departmental SOPs

• Oversee duty schedules and ensure proper grooming and appearance of staff

• Welcome and seat guests, managing the floor if the hostess is unavailable

• Ensure all operational areas are set up according to meal settings and opening hours

• Foster a professional, friendly relationship with guests to ensure a top-tier experience

• Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, and relevant hotel updates

• Contribute to achieving monthly revenue goals for the outlet

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or related field

• Maximum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Familiarity with Micros POS system is desirable

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
