Gargash Group is seeking a Head Waiter for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The Head Waiter will lead the front-of-house team, supervise wait staff, and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. This role involves coordinating service operations, training staff, and maintaining high service standards in a fine dining Italian restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate wait staff activities for efficient service.

• Assign sections and tables, ensuring balanced workload and optimal coverage.

• Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and dining area presentation.

• Greet guests, provide menu guidance, and ensure timely seating.

• Address guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.

• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to new and existing staff.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely food delivery.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, collect feedback, and enhance service quality.

• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover.

• Prepare reports on KPIs such as guest counts, table turnover, and feedback.

• Manage cash transactions and reconcile receipts accurately.

• Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.

• Prior experience in an Italian restaurant is mandatory.
