They are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Telemarketing to drive client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. This leadership role is central to expanding market reach, building high-performing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the trading industry.
Who You Are:
You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in telesales or business development—particularly in financial markets. You understand the dynamics of high-volume lead generation, know how to motivate teams, and are passionate about helping clients enter and thrive in the trading ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive telemarketing strategy to maximize lead conversion, client onboarding, and trading activity.

Recruit, coach, and lead a dynamic team of telemarketers, instilling a high-performance culture.

Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring team goals align with broader sales and growth targets.

Create and refine sales scripts that comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Continuously monitor call quality, providing actionable feedback and coaching for improvement.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with conversion strategies.

Provide insights and regular performance reports to senior leadership, tracking success metrics and identifying areas for optimization.

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
Skills & Competencies:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities.

Fluency in English; multilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi) are a strong asset.

Education & Qualifications:
