Job Description:
A state-of-the-art Aviation MRO in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead procurement, logistics, inventory management, and import/export operations. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that align with business goals while ensuring full compliance with aviation regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a supply chain strategy that enhances operational efficiency and mitigates risks.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Build and manage a strong supplier network, negotiate contracts, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Logistics & Inventory Control: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory optimization to ensure seamless operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to customs, import/export, and aviation MRO regulatory requirements.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Drive process improvements, implement technology solutions, and integrate sustainability initiatives.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Aviation industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale supply chain operations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
