Electrolux Group is seeking a Head of Sales UAE to drive sales growth, manage distribution channels, and expand the retail market across the UAE. The role requires expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and client relationship management to optimize product reach and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy – Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Team Management – Lead and train the UAE sales team, ensuring high performance and meeting KPIs.
Market Expansion – Identify new market opportunities, manage retailer/distributor relationships, and drive sales expansion.
Financial & Performance Management – Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget plans to optimize performance.
Customer Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

Job Requirements:

📌 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales and distributor management.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and market expansion.

📌 Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Market analysis and sales strategy expertise.
  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and financial management skills.
  • Background in home appliances, visual display, and IT products is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site).
