Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and manage a team of Senior Sales Executives at our Ajman office. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance the team’s performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
