The Role: Head of Real Estate Operations & Digital Strategy
This is a senior leadership position offering the rare opportunity to build, optimize, and scale the agency’s entire operational and digital infrastructure from the ground up. The selected candidate will have full ownership of internal systems, sales team management, CRM automation, and digital lead infrastructure, ensuring seamless execution and maximum conversion.
You will:
✔ Lead operations, sales processes, and digital systems with complete strategic oversight.
✔ Work directly with decision-makers to shape the agency’s growth and performance culture.
✔ Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring seamless lead flow, follow-ups, and deal conversions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 CRM Implementation & Automation:

Set up and optimize real estate-specific CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

Design lead tagging, segmentation, automation, and performance tracking workflows.

Oversee lead distribution and pipeline management to maximize conversions.
🔹 Sales Team Recruitment & Management:

Source, onboard, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team.

Oversee administrative staff and internal operations for seamless business execution.

Foster a performance-driven, high-accountability culture that attracts top sales talent.
🔹 Lead & Performance Optimization:

Optimize lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups for maximum deal closure rates.

Report directly to the Director with detailed analytics on lead performance, team KPIs, and CRM data.
🔹 Developer & Market Liaison:

Act as the key point of contact for property developers, gathering critical project data, pricing, and marketing assets.

Ensure all project information is efficiently distributed to sales and digital marketing teams for execution.
🔹 Marketing & Digital Strategy Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns and brand positioning.

Ensure the smooth deployment of marketing materials via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital ads.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of real estate operations experience in a senior or management role.
✅ Deep expertise in CRM setup, lead automation, and digital sales infrastructure.
✅ Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building or scaling high-performing teams.
✅ Strong understanding of real estate sales pipelines and the investor/client lifecycle.
✅ Tech-savvy, highly organized, and data-driven, with a keen eye for analytics and optimization.
✅ Experience in Dubai or the broader UAE real estate market is highly preferred.
✅ Knowledge of RERA regulations is an advantage but not mandatory.
