Job Title: Head of Quality Assurance

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality to oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes on large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE. As the Head of Quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all project works meet the highest industry standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with the project’s specifications. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in civil infrastructure, particularly in roads, bridges, utilities, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that is in line with international standards and project requirements.

• Lead and manage the QA/QC teams across multiple infrastructure project sites to ensure consistent quality and compliance.

• Coordinate internal audits, third-party inspections, and quality control reviews.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to address all quality-related concerns and issues.

• Prepare and submit quality reports, ensuring transparency and clear communication with stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying potential areas for better quality control and more efficient processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 12–15 years of experience in quality management within large infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities).

• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant international standards.

• Strong leadership abilities, with excellent reporting, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

• Proven ability to manage large teams and work with cross-functional departments.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project planning skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC within the infrastructure sector.

• Based in Dubai, UAE.

• Age range: 0–50 years.

• Career Level: Mid Career.
