Head of Project Management Office
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: AED 85,000 – 95,000 per month + Family Status, Medical & Bonus Scheme

A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor in the UAE is seeking a highly experienced Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to drive strategic project execution across its multi-billion AED construction portfolio. Based at the Dubai Head Office, this role will provide holistic oversight of risk, program management, project delivery strategy, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO function with a strategic approach, ensuring efficient execution across major projects.

• Provide high-level oversight of pre-construction, QHSE, planning & project controls, MEP, and live projects.

• Work closely with Operations Managers to identify risks, resolve delays, and optimize project execution.

• Offer strategic insights at tender stages, assessing risks, opportunities, and project feasibility.

• Engage in client-facing, stakeholder management, and project reviews across the UAE.

• Ensure alignment with business initiatives and goals while overseeing 5,500+ operatives.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of UAE experience in Project Director, Project Controls, or Senior Leadership roles (Main Contractor side).

• Strong analytical background with expertise in Primavera P6 / Asta.

• Deep knowledge of UAE regulations, supply chain, FIDIC contracts, and Tier 1 construction projects.

• Proven leadership in handling projects exceeding AED 1.5 billion (£200M+).

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

• Exceptional management, mentoring, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and present confidently to senior leadership teams.
