• X Architects is seeking an experienced Head of Project Management – Design to lead and oversee the successful delivery of high-profile architectural projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management, architectural design, and construction processes. This is a full-time, on-site role focusing on managing project schedules, costs, risks, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects in collaboration with the Owners and Design Director.

• Manage project schedules, costs, and delivery to achieve organizational benefits.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

• Leverage technology, tools, and techniques to maximize project efficiency.

• Maintain accurate and updated project plans.

• Promote a culture of technical excellence and design integration.

• Oversee the procurement of sub-consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage the tender process from initiation to contract award.

• Support the Design team in risk management and updates throughout the project.

• Handle commercial aspects of projects, including contract terms and deliverables.

• Provide guidance on preparing competitive proposals.

• Ensure communication between Business Development, Bidding, and Project Management teams.

• Review RFP contracts and ensure compliance with client expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in architectural project management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience leading large-scale architectural projects.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design, building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize.
