Ateca Consulting is hiring for a Head of Private Banking position on behalf of a leading financial institution based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site leadership role is ideal for a senior executive with deep experience in private banking and wealth management. The successful candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives to grow the private banking division, manage high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationships, and lead a team of relationship managers to deliver world-class financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the private banking department and ensure its growth and profitability

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the bank’s private banking presence

• Manage and mentor a team of senior relationship managers

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients

• Offer customized wealth management solutions to elite clientele

• Ensure compliance with global private banking regulations and best practices

• Collaborate with investment, legal, and risk teams to optimize service offerings

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently holding a senior leadership role in Private Banking

• Proven track record in private banking, wealth management, and client advisory for HNW/UHNW clients

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills

• Experience working with international banking institutions preferred

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai if not already based there
