Aspen Heights British School, a leading British International School in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Head of PE to provide leadership, inspiration, and strategic direction for the Physical Education department. This role involves overseeing curriculum development, coaching staff, managing resources, and promoting a culture of health, well-being, and physical activity.

✅ Lead and manage the PE department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
✅ Develop and implement PE curriculum in line with international best practices.
✅ Oversee and organize sports events, extracurricular activities, and competitions.
✅ Monitor student progress, performance, and engagement in physical education.
✅ Recruit, train, and mentor PE staff, ensuring professional development.
✅ Collaborate with school leadership and external agencies to enhance sports education.
✅ Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all sports and physical activities.

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ PGCE or equivalent qualification in Physical Education.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head of PE or similar leadership role.
✔️ Strong background in curriculum development and sports management.
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
✔️ Passionate about promoting physical fitness and well-being among students.
✔️ Ability to foster community engagement and build external partnerships.
✔️ Experience in British or international school settings preferred.
