A leading European manufacturing company in the power automation technologies sector is seeking a Head of Operations – GCC to lead its UAE business unit. This full-time, on-site role is a high-impact leadership position for an experienced professional with a solid foundation in engineering and strong operational and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the power, electrical, or renewable energy industries and a proven record of operational leadership, P&L ownership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full spectrum of UAE operations including sales, project delivery, financial oversight, and team management.

• Localize and implement global strategic initiatives tailored to the UAE and wider GCC market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government bodies.

• Drive commercial decisions using data analytics and business intelligence.

• Champion innovation within energy systems and smart automation.

• Represent the company as a senior leader across internal and external engagements.

• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to the highest technical and commercial standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (mandatory).
