Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Observability & Cloud Monitoring to lead the development and implementation of full-stack monitoring strategies across infrastructure, APM, network, and security. In this key leadership role, you will drive automation, AI-driven monitoring solutions, and incident management enhancements to ensure optimal system performance and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive observability and cloud monitoring strategies, covering infrastructure, application performance monitoring (APM), network, and security.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Spearhead automation initiatives and integrate AI-driven monitoring solutions to enhance incident response and continuous system improvements.
• Oversee and optimize large-scale monitoring platforms, ensuring seamless integration with AWS, Azure, GCP, and automation tools.
• Drive real-time visibility, predictive analytics, and proactive issue resolution across enterprise systems.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations or cloud monitoring, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in observability tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation/scripting technologies.
• Proven track record in managing high-pressure environments and leading complex monitoring implementations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
