Aiwozo Intelligent Automation, a flagship product of Quale Infotech, is seeking a visionary Head of IT (MEA) to lead its technology strategy across the Middle East and Africa region. This full-time, on-site leadership role involves overseeing digital transformation, implementing advanced technologies like RPA, AI/ML, and cloud computing, and driving innovation for enhanced operational efficiency and business growth. Aiwozo is globally recognized as a top 5 Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) tool, serving 250+ enterprise clients including PayTM, Fortis Healthcare, and Credit Saison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT and client project delivery strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts.

• Evaluate and implement tools for data analytics, productivity, and automation.

• Ensure IT compliance, cybersecurity, and robust data governance.

• Manage IT budgets, cost forecasting, and optimization.

• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team with a focus on innovation and accountability.

• Collaborate with departments to identify and deliver technology solutions for competitive advantage.

• Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and negotiate strategic contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years at senior executive level.

• Proven track record in RPA, AI/ML, cloud computing, and data analytics implementation.

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure.

• Skilled in managing complex IT environments and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Experience with cutting-edge technologies in intelligent automation and customer experience.

• Exposure to industry-specific ERP and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies.
