The Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD), part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking a Head of Girls’ Boarding House. This full-time on-site role is responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of one of SISD’s boarding houses, ensuring the wellbeing, academic success, and holistic development of students in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the girls’ boarding house (Zurich or Geneva).

• Ensure student wellbeing, safety, and pastoral care in line with safeguarding policies.

• Collaborate with the Head of Boarding to promote academic success and personal development.

• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging boarding community.

• Oversee staff, scheduling, and boarding programs to maintain smooth operations.

• Implement school policies and procedures effectively within the boarding house.

• Engage with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders regarding student welfare.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience in boarding house leadership, pastoral care, or similar roles in education.

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and academically focused environment.
