GOV SERVICES, INC. is seeking an experienced Head of Finance for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic guidance to management. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations, and fluency in both Tagalog and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations.

• Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

• Develop budgets and strategic financial plans aligned with company goals.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial targets are achieved.

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience in a finance leadership role within an organization.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and budgeting.

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Tagalog and English.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience working in Dubai or familiarity with local financial regulations is an advantage.
