GOV SERVICES, INC. is seeking an experienced Head of Finance for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic guidance to management. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations, and fluency in both Tagalog and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations.

Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Develop budgets and strategic financial plans aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial targets are achieved.

Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in a finance leadership role within an organization.

Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and budgeting.

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Tagalog and English.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience working in Dubai or familiarity with local financial regulations is an advantage.
