Head of Fashion Design

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Fashion Design to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the Fashion Design team in developing innovative seasonal collections. You will manage the design process from concept through to final styling, ensuring that the collections align with the brand’s aesthetic and market trends. You will also supervise, coach, and provide the necessary support to the team, ensuring high-quality execution at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select seasonal themes, create mood boards, and generate new inspiration for the brand.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final styling with the Fashion Design team.
• Prepare collections with 30-50 options based on an agreed color palette, mood board, and fabric selection.
• Supervise, coach, and train the design team, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
• Proven expertise in designing high-end fashion collections, from concept development to final execution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion design industry, with a focus on export markets.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD.

Salary:
Up to AED 43,000 per month, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
