Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Fashion Design to lead our creative team in Dubai. As a key player in our esteemed retail group known for elegance and trendsetting in women’s fashion across the GCC, you will oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring each collection reflects innovation and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop seasonal themes, mood boards, and brand inspiration.

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends.

• Develop collections with 30-50 designs per season, selecting color palettes, fabrics, and styling elements.

• Supervise, mentor, and train the fashion design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in the fashion industry, with a strong focus on export markets.

• Proven expertise in designing high-end fashion collections.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 38,000 – 43,000 per month (all-inclusive).

• Free accommodation for 90 days if hired from overseas.
