Cooper Fitch is recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a Head of Family Office to manage and oversee all aspects of a private family office in Dubai. This senior role covers personal, financial, investment, property, and administrative functions, ensuring seamless support for the family’s assets, lifestyle, and business interests. The ideal candidate will bring proven family office experience, high discretion, and strong organizational and financial management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the family office, ensuring efficient and discreet management.

• Manage financial administration, investments, payroll, and vendor contracts.

• Provide oversight of property management and other personal/business assets.

• Handle HR, visa, and PRO processes with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Negotiate and maintain relationships with service providers and external vendors.

• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and administrative requirements.

• Act as a trusted advisor, balancing hands-on duties with strategic oversight.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working within a Family Office, Private Office, or senior executive support role.

• Strong financial and administrative management background.

• Expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations.

• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and visa/PRO procedures.

• Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic an advantage).

• Must currently be employed in a single Family Office.

• High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
