We are hiring an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead our Cleaning, Pest Control, and Security divisions under the Facilities Management portfolio in Dubai, UAE. This is a senior leadership position that demands deep operational expertise, team management capabilities, and a strong focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with proven ability to drive performance across soft services and security operations. Indian nationals based in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Cleaning, Pest Control, and Security departments for multiple client sites.

• Drive operational strategy, service delivery optimization, and process improvement initiatives.

• Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce deployment.

• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, staff training, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as SIRA/PSBD regulations.

• Manage division budgets, procurement, and full P&L accountability.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular reporting, feedback sessions, and service quality audits.

• Introduce digital tools and smart systems to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

• Participate in business development, pricing strategies, and FM tender documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in Facilities Management, with a strong background in Cleaning, Pest Control, and Security Services.

• 5+ years in a senior operational or general manager capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of SIRA/PSBD regulations and best practices in security management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.

• Financially literate with a track record in managing operational budgets and KPIs.

• UAE or GCC experience required.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 13,000 – 15,000/month (₹292,500 – ₹337,500)
