We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Data & Analytics Growth to spearhead our data-driven initiatives and fuel business expansion. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of data analytics strategies that enhance decision-making, optimize performance, and unlock new opportunities across marketing, product development, and customer engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, marketing, and leadership—you will ensure that data-driven insights drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and lead the organization’s data and analytics strategy to drive business growth.
- Align data analytics initiatives with key business objectives to enhance performance and scalability.
- Foster a data-driven culture, empowering teams to make informed decisions.
Team Management:
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing data and analytics team, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate data insights into product development, marketing, and operations.
- Oversee team recruitment, training, and career development to enhance analytical capabilities.
Data Infrastructure & Systems:
- Manage and optimize data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting systems for seamless data collection and processing.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance data architecture and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
Analytics & Insights:
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve customer acquisition, and enhance retention strategies.
- Lead data-driven methodologies, including predictive modeling, A/B testing, and statistical analysis, to optimize performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Growth Optimization:
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer journeys, product features, and marketing strategies.
- Track and report on key growth metrics, including conversion rates, customer behavior, and lifetime value.
- Implement a continuous experimentation approach to improve efficiency and maximize business results.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, growth, or marketing analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in data-driven growth strategies, preferably in high-growth tech or eCommerce industries.
- Strong track record of using data analytics to drive business growth and optimize performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with growth hacking strategies and customer acquisition analytics.
- Familiarity with machine learning models, AI techniques, and data science applications.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Looker, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
