We are seeking a dynamic Head of Data & Analytics to lead data-driven growth strategies, optimize performance, and drive business expansion. This leadership role involves overseeing data analytics, customer insights, and growth optimization across key business functions, including product development, marketing, customer retention, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy to drive business growth.
• Align data initiatives with organizational objectives to enhance decision-making and performance.
• Foster a culture of data-driven insights and innovation.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into marketing, product, and operational strategies.
• Mentor team members and ensure continuous skill development.

Data Infrastructure & Analytics

• Manage and optimize data systems, pipelines, and analytics platforms for real-time insights.
• Ensure high-quality data collection, storage, and governance.
• Leverage predictive analytics, A/B testing, and machine learning to drive business decisions.

Growth Optimization & Insights

• Utilize data analytics to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure growth impact.
• Implement data-driven experimentation to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain high security and governance standards across all data operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, growth, or marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in growth analytics, predictive modeling, and A/B testing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, etc.).
• Experience in high-growth tech, eCommerce, or data-driven organizations is preferred.
