Job Title: Head of Data / Analytics Growth

Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Data / Analytics Growth to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This critical leadership role will oversee the development and execution of data analytics strategies that drive business growth, improve decision-making, and uncover new opportunities across marketing, product, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure data-driven insights fuel business performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and lead the data and analytics strategy to drive business growth across key functions such as product, marketing, customer retention, and business development.
• Ensure data analytics efforts align with organizational objectives to enhance performance and growth.
• Promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the company.

Team Management:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing data and analytics team, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate data insights into product development, marketing, and operational strategies.
• Oversee team hiring, training, and career development to strengthen analytical expertise.

Data Infrastructure & Systems:

• Manage and optimize data systems, pipelines, and analytics platforms for efficient data collection, processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance data architecture, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

Analytics & Insights:

• Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Lead advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, A/B testing, and statistical analysis, to optimize business performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders at all levels.

Growth Optimization:

• Leverage data insights to refine customer journeys, optimize product features, and enhance marketing channels to boost engagement and revenue.
• Identify, track, and report on key growth metrics such as conversion rates, customer behavior, and lifetime value.
• Implement a continuous experimentation approach to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, growth, or marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in data-driven growth initiatives, preferably in a high-growth tech or eCommerce company.
• Proven track record of using data to drive measurable business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with growth hacking strategies and customer acquisition analytics.
• Familiarity with machine learning models, data science, and AI techniques.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Looker, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
