Position Title: Head of Data & Analytics Growth

Salary: Up to 22,000 AED (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data and analytics team.

• Design, implement, and maintain robust data systems, pipelines, and analytics platforms.

• Utilize advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to drive strategic business decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks for growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Age Limit: 38 years old and below

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analytics, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within eCommerce or retail.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker, Snowflake, and other data analysis tools.

• Cloud & Analytics Expertise: Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, AWS, and similar platforms.

Salary Package:

AED 20,000 – 22,000 per month (all-inclusive).
