Lead the Legal Strategy of a Dynamic Organization

We are seeking an experienced and strategic legal leader to oversee and manage the legal function of our organization. As the Head of Corporate Legal, you will lead a team of legal professionals, ensure compliance with international regulations, and provide high-level legal guidance on corporate governance, contracts, risk management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the legal department, providing strategic legal counsel to senior leadership.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, intellectual property, labor laws, and industry regulations.

• Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management strategies.

• Work closely with HR, finance, and operations to align legal policies with business objectives.

• Develop and implement legal policies, frameworks, and procedures.

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

• Manage external legal counsel and oversee legal documentation and corporate records.

• Maintain the company’s legal database and ensure proper documentation of all contracts.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited institution; additional legal certifications are a plus.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French is essential.

• Strong expertise in corporate law, compliance, intellectual property, contract law, labor law, and risk management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.

• Tech-savvy with experience in legal research tools and management software.
