MAWD | March and White Design, a global award-winning interior design studio, is seeking a Head of Business Development & Marketing to lead expansion across the Middle East, UK, Europe, and Asia. The role involves driving revenue growth, cultivating relationships, and enhancing market presence in luxury interior design. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven business development success in interior design/architecture or luxury interior suppliers, with an extensive network in the property and hospitality sectors. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead strategic outreach plans are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development strategies across Dubai and London studios, focusing on the Middle East, UK, Europe & Asia.

• Cultivate relationships and secure new opportunities in hospitality and luxury residential development projects.

• Respond to RFQs/RFPs, perform market research, and develop strategic outreach plans for assigned territories.

• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

• Travel independently and with management to client events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in interior design/architecture or luxury interior suppliers.

• Proven success in increasing company revenue and market share through strategic initiatives.

• Strong negotiation skills and a history of securing high-value contracts in luxury residential development and hospitality.

• Extensive industry network within the Middle East, UK, Europe, and Asia.

• Knowledge of architecture, interior design, and the property sector.

• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar), market research, and analysis tools.

• Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Ideally based in Dubai and familiar with the local market.
