Ignite Training is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Business Development to shape and grow the business development function from the ground up. This role provides full autonomy to develop sales operations, forge partnerships, and expand client relationships while aligning with the company’s brand, culture, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a forward-looking business development strategy.

Identify new business opportunities, forge key partnerships, and expand client relationships.

Drive sales initiatives in alignment with marketing and brand strategy.

Review, select, and implement a CRM system integrated with marketing and lead generation campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management.

Strong analytical, strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Experience in the training or consultancy industry is highly advantageous.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
