Liva Insurance UAE is seeking a Head of Brand and Communications to drive the company’s brand image, market positioning, and communication strategy across UAE and Bahrain. This role involves managing external branding, corporate messaging, internal communications, and digital presence while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for brand reputation, corporate PR, content quality, and digital strategy, collaborating closely with leadership and media partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy to enhance brand positioning.

• Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

• Oversee media relations, corporate PR, and external communication with customers and partners.

• Lead internal communications, ensuring effective employee engagement and brand alignment.

• Analyze Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to measure brand perception and customer experience.

• Oversee digital communication strategies, including corporate website, SEO, and social media management.

• Develop high-quality content guidelines for external and internal messaging.

• Manage corporate marketing budgets and optimize brand investments.

• Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 15+ years of experience in branding and communications, preferably in large organizations.

• 10+ years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing brand communication strategies.

• Expertise in corporate PR, media relations, content marketing, and digital communications.

• Strong experience with marketing and communications tools.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).

✅ Preferred:

• Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing (SMM), and digital branding strategies.

• Proven ability to work with executive leadership and board members to align brand strategy with business goals.
