• OSN is seeking a Head of Analytics & Insights to establish and lead the company’s data science and analytics framework. This role involves building and managing a high-performing Data Analytics Team and developing predictive algorithms and models to drive business decisions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across departments to deliver actionable data insights and support strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Product Creation: Collaborate with teams like CVM, Sales, Content, Tech, and Marketing to create data products and drive adoption.

• Automation & Machine Learning: Automate decision-making through machine learning models, contributing to both tactical execution and strategic decision-making.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present business reviews with C-level executives, ensuring alignment with key initiatives.

• Customer Segmentation & Behavioral Models: Develop churn prediction models and update processes for accuracy.

• Data System Management: Define and oversee standards for data system developments, data gathering, and input sources.

• Data Quality Management: Work with the BI team and other departments to maintain the quality of incoming data.

• Budget Management: Track data science and analytics budgets, ensuring proper forecasting and spending.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 10+ years in data science and analytics teams.

  • 5+ years in subscription-based businesses, ideally in media or streaming services.

  • SAS and Power BI expertise is a must.

  • Strong machine learning experience for predictive modeling.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
