This role involves leading a high-performing team, implementing global best practices, and maintaining strong client retention through C-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Team Leadership & Process Optimization:

Manage and mentor a team of account managers.

Standardize local AM processes and implement global best practices.

Monitor and report performance to regional directors and HQ.
🚀 Client Relationship Management:

Ensure client satisfaction and high retention rates.

Build strong C-level relationships with top market clients.

Support the team in performance reporting and strategic planning.
📈 Business Growth & Strategy:

Hold responsibility for profit center goals within account management.

Develop and execute strategies for client success and retention.

Enhance expertise within the AM team and drive knowledge sharing.
Who You Are:
✔ 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably retargeting.
✔ 5+ years in a leadership role managing account management teams.
✔ Strong knowledge of the MENA online advertising market.
✔ Proven experience in handling large budgets and key clients.
✔ Expertise in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis.
✔ Experience in C-level stakeholder management & recruitment.
✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
✔ Willingness to travel for business meetings.
✔ Fluent English (C1 level) required.
