🧑‍💼 About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Head to lead our Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Operations in our ERW Steel Tube & Pipe Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted plant operations through strategic maintenance programs, cost control, and continuous improvement.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all mechanical & electrical maintenance for ERW pipe manufacturing operations.

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance planning to ensure maximum uptime.

• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and introduce corrective solutions.

• Guide and manage a team of electricians, fitters, and fabricators.

• Plan equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align maintenance with operational goals.

• Control maintenance budgets and optimize resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Keep detailed maintenance logs, equipment data, and spare inventory using SAP.

• Work with vendors, negotiate maintenance contracts, and oversee service quality.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Kaizen and sustainability principles.

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).

• Experience: 12–15 years in industrial maintenance; at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Industry: ERW Pipe or Tube Manufacturing (Strongly Preferred).

• Hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical systems.

• Strong knowledge in SAP-based costing, inventory management, and maintenance integration.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

• Exposure to Kaizen, Lean, or TPM practices will be an added advantage.
