Aldar Education is seeking a Head of Instructional Technology to lead the strategic integration of digital learning technologies across its schools. This role involves enhancing student engagement, academic achievement, and operational efficiency through cutting-edge educational technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with academic leaders, educators, and IT teams to ensure digital tools align with curriculum goals.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and implement a strategic vision for instructional technology.
🔹 Manage educational systems (LMS, SIS) and lead technology adoption initiatives.
🔹 Align digital tools with curriculum goals and student engagement strategies.
🔹 Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
🔹 Provide leadership in integrating technology into classrooms.
🔹 Train and support educators in adopting innovative instructional tools.
🔹 Assess and improve technology solutions for educational effectiveness.
🔹 Monitor industry trends to enhance future educational technology strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional or educational technology leadership.
  ✅ Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in LMS (e.g., Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas), SIS, and digital learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and pedagogical best practices.
• Experience in multimedia production (graphics, audio, video) for educational use.
  ✅ Skills Required:
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (educators, administrators, IT teams).
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards in education.
