As a Head Hunter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for the brokerage. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and recruit top talent, with a focus on Real Estate Agents.

• Conduct candidate screenings and in-depth interviews.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals.

• Maintain and manage recruitment databases using relevant software.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment accordingly.

• Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry functions to source potential candidates.

• Ensure candidates enjoy a professional and seamless recruitment experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, screening, and recruitment.
