Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown is seeking a full-time Handyman to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across the hotel. The role involves plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work, ensuring all equipment, fixtures, and guest areas are functional, safe, and visually appealing. The Handyman will address guest requests promptly, perform preventative maintenance, and work in adherence to hotel safety standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fix minor issues such as leaky faucets, furniture repairs, and drywall patching.

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment, fixtures, and building systems.

• Handle plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and replacing fixtures.

• Address minor electrical issues such as replacing bulbs or switches.

• Perform painting and touch-ups to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic appeal.

• Conduct basic carpentry tasks and repair wooden fixtures.

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
