Job Summary:

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Handyman (Multi-Skilled Technician) in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in AC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair services, with experience in maintaining villas, apartments, and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handyman / Multi-Skilled Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in AC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct general repair work and preventive maintenance as needed.

• Provide timely and high-quality service across villas, apartments, and office spaces.

2. Mason:

• Carry out block work, plastering, tiling, and other masonry-related jobs.

• Support renovation and construction work for various sites.

3. Painter:

• Execute interior and exterior painting jobs with proper surface prep.

• Apply coatings, textures, and finishes with accuracy and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or facility management.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and keen attention to detail.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be currently available in the UAE.
