This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an energetic, detail-oriented individual passionate about hospitality, wellness, and premium guest service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests at the gym and spa with professionalism and flair.

• Answer telephone calls promptly and deliver accurate information.

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions with precision.

• Provide guidance on gym/spa procedures, services, and promotions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area and front desk.

• Monitor gym and spa maintenance needs and report promptly.

• Open and close gym and spa operations punctually and efficiently.

• Collect guest feedback to enhance service quality.

• Promote spa services, products, packages, and special offers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gym or spa operations, preferably in luxury settings.

• Familiarity with gym equipment and safety protocols.

• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to manage front desk tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for wellness.
