Role Overview:
As a Guest Services & Retail Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive excellent service and a seamless experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial transactions and merchandise management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in guests to their booked experiences.

Provide outstanding customer service and support with queries.

Assist customers in selecting products and direct them to relevant experiences.

Manage financial transactions with accuracy.

Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints professionally.

Maintain and stock merchandise areas to ensure product availability.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products.

Complete departmental checklists, opening/closing procedures, and filing records properly.

Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and services.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of frontline experience in the entertainment/leisure industry (operations role preferred).

Experience handling money transactions and working face-to-face with customers.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
