Miral Experiences, a leading entertainment and leisure destination operator in the UAE, is looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Guest Services Associates in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for professionals with a strong dedication to guest experience, operational efficiency, and hospitality excellence.

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service to guests from around the world. This role demands a proactive, courteous, and engaging individual who thrives in dynamic, outdoor environments and can handle operational responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage guest queues and provide timely and efficient ticketing via the POS system.

  • Handle payments accurately in cash, card, vouchers, and multiple currencies.

  • Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer and ensure timely remittance of funds.

  • Stay up to date on promotions, park activities, rides, attractions, and pricing to inform and upsell to guests.

  • Cross-sell products and services to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

  • Resolve guest issues in alignment with the company’s guest complaint policy.

  • Monitor and manage entry/exit via turnstiles and validate tickets or passes.

  • Operate and support all guest services operational areas, including lost and found.

  • Conduct guest feedback surveys using company-provided tools.

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and participate in safety drills.

  • Work outdoors under varying weather conditions and bid farewell to departing guests.

Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:

  • Higher secondary education or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest/customer service environment.

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Friendly, respectful, and able to engage with guests effectively.

  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts and outdoor environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a theme park or water park.

  • Prior experience in handling cash transactions.

  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese).
