Miral Experiences is seeking a Guest Services Associate to provide exceptional guest care at our leisure facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures smooth park entry, engages with guests, sells tickets and services, and enhances the overall visitor experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide information about rides, shows, attractions, facilities, and ongoing promotions.

Manage queue lanes efficiently and operate turnstiles for smooth guest flow.

Sell tickets, products, and services using a computerized POS system.

Handle cash, vouchers, credit cards, and foreign currency, balancing cash drawers accurately.

Upsell/cross-sell products and activities to generate additional revenue.

Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues according to company policies.

Manage lost and found counter and conduct guest surveys.

Maintain awareness and respond to emergency situations, ensuring guest safety.
Qualifications & Skills:

Higher secondary education or equivalent.

Minimum 1-year experience in guest or customer service.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
-
Basic computer knowledge and POS operation.

Genuine willingness to engage and entertain guests.
-
Flexibility, respect, and integrity.
Preferred Skills:
-
Theme park or water park experience.
-
Cash handling experience.
-
Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese is an advantage.
